Fixed mindset or growth mind set? Carol Dweck writes a compelling book based on her research that those with a fixed mindset essentially will sabotage their success. The growth mindset portrays a life of learning whether successful or not, and leads to one seeing the life is about the journey, not the destination.

Not sure if it was my timing on reading it but I really needed this book at this point in my life. It is one of the most life changing in many aspects. I have never read a book that made me want to change without making me feel terrible about having not done so before. I think applying the points will be very hard (as I am 100% a fixed-mindset thinker and have been so for a LONG time) but it needs to be done and knowing that is the first step.
