I found this satirical essay rather humorous and would consider it one of the best essays ever written. While reading this, I could just imagine them cooking and eating the children. The idea is rather gruesome, but Swift is not meant to be taken literally. The idea was to show how ridiculous people were being, fighting over religion and economics. I highly recommend this short piece for both humor and its literary value.
