The writer has his own style. unfortunately for me, i do not like this style, at all. just not for me.
Way over the top. Though it hooked me in the beginning, I couldn't keep up. Toward the end I was rushing to finish. Amis is a gifted writer, but this effort seems laborious and downright Schizophrenic at times. Too much sprawl and not enough focus.
