I REALLY liked this book. It was a little different than his others, but still really good. I loved the prophetic older gentleman in the book. The way he is misunderstood, and his prophetic gift is met with some skepticism is what makes him seem real.It like I was watching a movie more than reading a book.
I like Mr. Whitlow, he reminds me a bit of John Grisham. The way he portrays all the characters with flaws and human traits makes the books he writes that much better. They all have their struggles with their faith from time to time,as well as day to day living. I never thought I would be a fan of any books about lawyers, but Robert Whitlow has turned me into a fan of at LEAST his books. The List is still my favorite, but this one is a close second.

Once you starting reading you want lay it down till you have finished.
lawyer turned preacher turned lawyer, wonderful story, engrossing
The book was completely enjoyable from the moment I picked it up until the last page...and even after the last page, you kept reading because it included the first chapter of his next book, Jimmy. After just reading the first chapter, I was caught and had to get the next book too. These books are very well thought out, the story line keeps you guessing, but is also an intellectual read.
Wonderful book! Emphasizes how important it is to have a relationship with God and how He directs our lives.
Loved this book! Another very well written Christian legal thriller!
