A good, interesting read. Quick and while it is more hard sci-fi than I usually go for it is done well and not overwhelming. Very thought provoking vision of the future.

Hard science. Earth's colony, Mars, isn't happy being treated unfairly by the mother planet. When they complain, Earth decides to really slap them down. But the Mars colonists arean't about to take any more!
