I am a huge Jane Austen fan and was always hesitant to read any of the P&P sequels or alternative endings. A friend of mine recommended this book, and it was the first P&P adaptation I've read, and I really enjoyed it. It was well-written, and the characters were likable. If you liked Darcy and Elizabeth from the original P&P, you will probably find this book satisfying. A fun, light read!
