Nancy Drew has always been a source of good, clean, mystery fun with interesting characters and fascinating plotlines. As a child, I loved them, and even now I still get a kick out of flicking open the books to see if I've forgotten where the clues led.
These books are great fun for kids - they enhance vocabulary and reading skills as well as allowing them to think outside the box.
In this mystery, things get a bit dangerous. Nancy is drawn into a game of cat-and-mouse between her and her trusty crew, and crazy creep who's got it in for her. Readers will find this one a bit more nail-biting than the previous, wondering whether Nancy can get out from under the gaze of the Eye - before it's too late.
An enjoyable mystery by Carolyn Keene. Children and young adults will love it.

A Must read in the series.
When Nancy Drew eagerly agrees to help her father solve the mystery of the glowing eye, she has no way of knowing that it will involve the kidnapping of her friend Ned Nickerson.
