This book picks up 80 yrs after the end of book 2. The Mystics have found their asylum in Calsandria. I thought everything would be "happily-ever-after". NOT. From the get-go, it's out of the frying pan, into the fire. There is not a single dull moment in the entire book. Just when you think things couldn't get any worse, they do. It's an exciting page-turner with a fabulous ending. I loved the entire series and this book did not disappoint.

Good ending to a series, a very quick read
