Not what I was expecting. The word "Natural" in the title is a bit misleading. Despite his reference to certain hormones as "natural," they are still US Pharmaceutical grade hormones synthetically made in a laboratory. There is no information on herbal substitutes and the author even goes as far as saying that if the herb raises hormones then you're taking hormones. This is false information. I'm also skeptical of any male doctor that promotes progesterone as a cure for most hormonal issues.
