Janey Mackay, daughter of a traitor and sister to a patriot, has returned to her small hometown where she has been ostracized and condemned for her family connections by the community, while at the same time struggles with the feeling of being an outsider and tries to establish a relationship with her family and gain acceptance from those she loves.

By managing the restaurant her father owned she hopes to gain the freedom and independence previously denied her, when a stalker threatens her very existence. When the danger to her is discovered Janey chooses Alex as her protector. Alex has secretly been lusting after Janey for years, but out of respect for her brother Natches, and his apprehension about their age difference, he has resisted these urges. Emotional conflicts, unknown danger, and steamy passion ensue.

Lora Leigh does not disappoint in this newest installment of the Nauti Boys series. It has all of the elements of a great romantic suspense novel, though it is categorized as an erotic romance. The reader gets updates into the lives of the characters introduced in previous titles, while telling Janey and Alex's story. The book contains many emotional, steamy, sexy and scorching hot love scenes, with the perfect blend of intrigue, and suspencefully dangerous moments that makes this a late into the night, bleary-eyed for work the next day, sad to see it end, can't wait for the next one page turner.

If you can't tell, I LOVED it! The only downfall is that we the readers have to wait until 2010 for the next book, Nauti Deceptions :( Read more of my reviews at http://seductivemusings.blogspot.com/

I think this is the best "Nauti" book yet. I really like Alex. He is a hard-boiled soldier but with a tender heart when it comes to his friends and Janey (his friends little sister). Alex is 14 years older than Janey but she's wanted him since she was 17 and believe me the feeling was mutual except he felt like a pervert because of the age difference. But now that she's 23, all bets are off. The scorching hot sex scenes actually made me blush. WOW.

This one has a great storyline as well as the steamy sex. Janey's father was selling missiles to terrorists and there was some kind of incestuous relationship going on between the father and his sister. He was shot and killed in the first chapter after kidnapping Janey (his daughter) and torturing her. A few months later, some nutcase in town starts terrorizing Janey because he thought she was involved in the incest thing and she was corrupting Alex (the patriot).

This book featured all the gang from the other Nauti books - Natches, Dawg and Rowdy as well as their wives

Oh yumm - another entry in the Nauti series with the usual suspense, action, hot sex and likable characters found in LL's books. All the past heroes/heroines have bit parts [the Nauti series is definitely a family affair] with a few of the other players showing back up as well. Mark & Tyrell [two of my favorite non-player characters] are there along with Timothy the rabid leprechaun from Homeland Security. I enjoyed it.

Nauti Intentions started out good, but ended up falling flat for me. I felt that Alex and Janey were a bit underdeveloped. I thought their attraction to each other was genuine, but it didn't go past lust for me. Janey was looking for love because she had to hide any emotions she felt from her father or he would use it against her. Alex was a hard man who didn't believe in love. Honestly, I felt that Janey was willing to settle and deserved better. Alex wasn't a bad man by any means, but he was just too hard for her. Their HEA didn't ring true for me and all the sappiness at the end had me rolling my eyes. The mystery concerning who was stalking Janey wasn't much of a surprise, nor did the reasoning make much sense. I felt this was the weakest book in the Nauti series.

Lora Leigh at her finest. Alpha male with a virgin and lust long postponed satisfied over and over again. The sex scenes are incendiary and varied. The hero and heroine are a good match in their headstrong ways. That small town has a little more than its fair share of crazies though, someone needs to test the water.

Contemporary erotic suspense by Lora Leigh. Book 4 in the Nauti Boy series. This one features Alex Jansen and Natches Mackay's little sister, Janey. Alex is older than Janey, and has been attracted to her, since she was a teenager. Janey has wanted Alex for just as long. Now, someone blames Janey for the terrible crimes her father committed, and wants her done, preferably dead and gone. But, Alex has no intentions of letting that happen. Same formula: dominant, hot, military guy, who's going to save his woman, and she is going to listen to everything he says. Except, in this one, Alex has to fend off other macho, deadly, overprotective male relatives. The ending isn't too hard to figure out. The sex scenes are scorching, in the same way as all of this author's books. Not my favorite Nauti book, but not bad. The book is fair.

Absolutely one of my favorite books. Alex reminds me very much of Jordan Malone from the Elite Ops series and he was my favorite of those boys too. Storyline was great not too slow and it really built up with Alex and Janey. Lora Leigh is one of my favorite authors and this book did not dissapoint.

HOT HOT HOT and so good! I loved this book. Decided to make it a keeper and it is now part of my collection. Lora Leigh does it again in her Nauti series. This is a great book. I've read many of her books and this one is steamy, with romance. These books are written in order but I've read a few out of order and was able to follow the plot and characters just fine. Totally worth reading if you want that steamy romance!

Oh it's just the usual... The usual tight suspense, action, hot guys and the women who love them... Of course one of the things I enjoy most about LL's characters is the clearly drawn supporting characters, many romance authors ink in the details of the H/H but only outline the others.

Looks like I read this book out of order and I've decided after reading this book that I'm getting the other ones today. The entire book was full of suspense, comedy and hot and steamy chemistry between Alex and Janey, sister to Natches.

The book starts off on a fast pace when Alex and Natches rescue Janey from their father. Their father was using her as a pawn to make Natches do what he wanted. This backfired but ultimately left Janey with post traumatic syndrome. Nathches leaves her for a few months to go on a government mission only to return and pursue Janey. She's closed off and living life day by day like a robot. She won't let herself feel emotions for fear of her past piling on her and breaking down. Natches can't seem to get through to her as well. This would seem like a lot except for the fact that someone has seen Alex begin to pursue Janey and now she's being threatened.

The chase is on to find whose threatening her and for Alex to finally get Janey where he's always wanted her since she was seventeen, under him.

This story was a fantastic blend of seduction and suspense. I loved every minute I read it.

Another great addition to the Nauti Series by Lora Leigh.
I won't go into book details to avoid spoiling the book for her fans, but I will say that this was one of my favorites of the series. If you like romantic suspense, you will really like this book (although I would recommend reading the series in order).
