Very quick read - I read it in one night!! Enjoyed the story about 3 newlyweds who have found out their wedding ceremonies were not legal and whether or not they decide to "remarry" their husband after a rocky beginning to their marriage.

Like some other reviewers, I read this in one sitting. VERY fast read & really enjoyeable. Loved the various points of view. If you found out your marriage wasn't legal, would you still marry the same guy again?

Fantastic story! I enjoyed the different points of view from each of the major characters and I especially loved Cash. Stories featuring animals always appeal to me.

I enjoyed this book. I picked this book up because the concept was intriguing. If you had the chance to marry your husband again would you? I found the characters to be well developed and their story lines well developed. It was a nice read and the further you get into the book the faster it goes. Honestly, I must admit how much I enjoyed reading about Renee and her desperate means she used to "keep her son"....she made me laugh...and she was wrong on so many levels....LOL...Anyone with a nosy mother in law can so relate to her. The author hit on the three most annoying martial problems....the boy child, the nosy mother in law and of course the "adult" children of your husband....hey life's not always the Brady Bunch.

This book was great. It was fun, quick and definitely entertaining. For someone who has been married for 2 years (together for 7) it is amazing how many of these type issues do come up. The issues the characters encounter are very real and while each character isn't perfect, they are great. As a result we end up rooting for them, even when they do some of the childish things that we all wish we did or do and don't admit it. Highly recommended!

I'm a bit wary of chick lit, but I enjoyed this one. I enjoyed how the three stories of the three main characters were woven together, and I especially enjoyed the way the dog served as both a catalyst and comic relief in all three stories. The premise was cute - I'd recommend it for a light, quick diversion. Great poolside book.

Nearlyweds is a funny, light and quick read. It's perfect for a rainy day, plane/train ride, or on the beach. Wouldn't recommend it for honeymoon reading, though!

I enjoyed this. It wasn't quite as romantic as it was purported to be, but it was still a fun read.
In this comedy three wildly different women form an unlikely friendship as they try to decide whether they would do it all over again. They've had the white dresses and the fancy receptions. But now that the honeymoons are over, Stella, Casey and Erin have each had to face some hard truths about the men they've married.
So when the news breaks that the pastor who presided over their weddings failed to file a few critical pieces of paper, none of these newlyweds are rushing down to the courthouse to legalize their vows. Instead the brides share their hopes, disappointments, and secrets while grappling with that pivotal question: Should they STAY or GO?

I read this book a couple years ago. It was an easy read, and I found myself not wanting to put it down. One of the best books I had read in a long time. It's still on my shelf, I'm waiting to pass it down to my daughter!

This was such a cute book. I read it in only two sittings, which is not normal for me. But it makes you think, would I do it over again? I really enjoyed reading this which is perhaps why I did not sleep last night finishing the book!
