An interesting book that was born only because H. P. Lovecraft made up the title and used it as a plot device in several of his Cthulhu books. I've own a copy or two because they were given as gag gifts. But you know, it's really amusing to me how every time I find this used at the Goodwill or at a Library sale, how there always tends to be lots of wax residue on the cover. Hmmmm.

A good read for humor, especially because it provokes the most absurd reactions.

Occult study mentioned in H. P. Lovecraft\'s books, originally written by Abdul Alhazred in the eighth century. Illustrated. Fair to good condition, shelfwear, front corners clipped, numerous small holes poked in first sixteen pages, a good reading copy. 218 pages.
