First in a new series for me! I am an avid Tom Clancy fan but thought these books were for teenagers. I was wrong and I enjoyed the book immensely. Lots of characters, some that will continue through the series, I am sure. Net Force is a branch of the FBI in the year 2010. Some of the technology in this book is even more advanced than what we have now and probably won't have in 2010. Still, great computer software that is mostly virtual reality. The VR is so real that I sometimes had a hard time realizing that was what was happening...not RL (real life) stuff. I am looking forward to continuing to read this series.

Very good introduction to the series about Tom Clancy's Net Force. The major team members are introduced in this first novel.
Although at times the author delves into minute technical details, the storyline is very powerful and frighteningly plausible.
I've been a fan of Clancy's since "Hunt for Red October". I appreciate his different series, but if I don't read them back-to-back, lose sight of the characters till I'm well into each book.
full of cyber-terrorists in the year 2010 and the FBI: Net Force department that must stop them
Net Force story. I enjoyed it. The head of Net Force is killed and the team has to find the killer. Action packed book.
First in the (Inter)Net Force series.
excellent
Exciting typical Clancy adventure.
In the year 2010 computers are new superpowers. Those who control them control the world. To enforce the Net Laws, Congress creates the ultimate computer security agency within the FBI:Net Force.
Very fast paced!! Very similar to the Jack Ryan series!!
I really enjoyed reading this book. I can't wait to read the second book in this series. It had lots of action and was easy to follow.
Great new series!
Modern day thriller with a tech edge.
I have not read it, but hey, it's Tom Clancy
