Boring: plot, characters, conversations, actions of the parties, and settings. Wasted my time reading 1/4th of this book hoping it would improve. Agree with other reviewers on other sites: do not read.

I lasted through the entire courtship and wedding, but I gave up when the H/H got caught up in the Battle at Waterloo. I have fought that battle in any number of books. I decided to skip through it this time. Actually, this story was pretty bland, but I liked the H/H so I gave it three stars.
