Lucy and her daughter are headed to the Big Apple for a free makeover but the excitement turns to fright when someone is murdered and Lucy's daughter is hospitalized. I enjoy this series and can't wait to start on the next book.

Meier's sleuth, Lucy Stone, leaves her Maine home to enjoy a prize makeover with her daughter in New York City, but murder dogs her heels even there! This was a nice, quick read. I always enjoy these cozy mysteries, and Meier's are dependably entertaining.

12th book in the Lucy Stone mystery series. As with all previous books in this series it was a fun read. A trip to the Big Apple with her daughter for makeovers still finds Jane solving a murder. Great story and characters.

I think this is one of my favorites in the Lucy Stone series. Brings current events into the story, there is alot of action, and many plots and sub-plots. Great information on the behind the scenes beauty magazine business. Highly recommend this one!

Never had as much of Lucy in any previous books...the kids are practically grown up and Bill is turning into a thoughtful husband...gives one hope for middle age!
