Natural born story teller lost me in the middle of the book and I had to start over. Not near as good as "Cold Mountain".
A must read. I had read Cold Mountain years ago. Don't know why it took me this long to look for anything else he may have written. Kept me riveted to every page.
Frazier spins colors. He writes vividly. Setting predominates.
