I love Katie MacAlister's writing. She has a way of incorporating humor and romance perfectly. In fact I have not read one of her books that I did not like, and Noble Destiny is no exception. You don't have to have read book one of her Noble series, but if you did you will be revisited by some memorable characters such as Crouch the butler. For me the mark of a good book when I realize that I am smiling, laughing, or crying about what I am reading. Katie is an incredible author, one I highly recommend.

If you like quirky witty dialogue with characters with flaws you will enjoy this book. It is a laugh out loud delight. Don't let the slowness of the first fifty pages or the brattiness of the heroine stop you from reading this romance.

I enjoyed this book...parts of it were laugh-out-loud funny! However, the attitude of the heroine in the beginning was incredibly annoying. It got better as it progressed, though, and overall wasn't a bad book.

Four years ago, the Ton was stunned when Lady Charlotte Collins eloped with Italian Count Di Abalonia. Readers will enjoy the war of words between the lead couple though why Charlotte insists she must return to her place of prominence is never fully understood. Still, she is a refreshing individual whose antics with the hero is not only amusing but also provide insight into the options Regency women had. Dare is a delightful counterpart who needs a catalyst to realize he cherishes Charlotte more than his engine. NOBLE DESTINY will please sub-genre fans with its battle of the sexes plot starring two fine protagonists.
