I'm a huge fan of Patricia Highsmith and these stories (mostly unpublished) are addictive! They start with her early stories (1938-1949) and end with stories from (1952 - 1982). From the back cover: "An atmosphere of nameless dread, of unspeakable foreboding, permeates every page of Patricia Highsmith, and there's nothing quite like it." - Boston Globe. I'm surprised Alfred Hitchock didn't make more of her stories into movies.
