Excellent fun little cozy mystery. I fell in love with Sister Mary Helen on the first page. I will definitely be reading more of her mysteries. If you haven't met Sister Mary Helen - I recommend it. Carol 6-2008

A cute, quick cozy set in a Catholic Women's college. I enjoyed this story, but it was very short and seemed a bit rushed. Since this is the first in the series, I am going to give Sister Mary Helen the benefit of the doubt and read the next one. She is very likable. ;o)

Again, it's a sharply written series that keeps you on your toes.

I thoroughly enjoyed this first in the series of Sister Mary Helen mysteries. The semi-retired nun is likeable and very down-to-earth. She finds the body of a professor and the clues point to so many! In order for the police to find the real murderer, the good sister decides to do her own investigating.

First book in the Sister Mary Helen series -- a 70+ year old retired nun, who, along with her Irish friend Sister Eileen, "help" the SFPD solve murders. Delightful story.

I really like this murder mystery, good bedtime reading, easy to read and good adventures.
#1 in the Sister Mary Helen series: Sister Mary Helen, at seventy-five, had resisted retirement. She feared she'd find only prayer, peace, and little pinochle. But she'd no sooner arrive at Mount St. Francis College for Women in San Francisco when she was greeted by an earthquake, a hysterical secretary, and a fatally bludgeoned history professor.
