This book is about making patchwork quilts, and the techniques used to do this. The chapters include traditions and history, fabric and cutting, piecing the quilt top, tufting and tying, 16 traditional quilts and patterns, care of quilts and other uses. The beginning section is only in black and white, but the last section has 15 quilts in color with patterns on graph paper.
