Intersting start of a series about a guy who is coming down with something and it turns out he is becoming a vampire

Another fun paranormal romp. Vampires and werewolves of course, as well as a number of less common types as peripheral characters. The only thing that drove me crazy was that he just had to name name one of the main female characters (a French-Canadian werewolf) "Lupe Garou"...

A different take on vampires and weres, with humor, mystery, action, a little romance and interesting characters. MUCH better than most vamp books.
Really enjoyed the book. It was an easy, fun read. The author used humor well, for example a song would play on the radio that was related to the action just occurred. This could also be enjoyed by a teenager.

Well written with interesting characters. I especially enjoyed Vlad Dracul's part.
