I loved this book! It was just a cute, fun story. I couldn't put it down until I found out how it ended. I will definitely read all of Kristan Higgins books she has out now and comes out with in the future.

This is written in first person present tense which isn't common these days, so it took me awhile to overcome that. While I thought there were some things that were underdeveloped, the heroine was compelling. I deeply felt her yearning for the hero, a man she'd loved since she was ten and who fit into her family like another brother. I wish there had been more (especially earlier in the story) that showed why he was worthy of her love, but the depth of her emotion was never in doubt. In the end, I'll read more by this author.

This was an okay book. Decent story line, but I didn't think it was very well developed. The character in this book says "bleeping" all the time instead of using the actual word. At first it was cool, but very over-used by the end of the book. All in all it was okay....I'd read another by this author, but if I had two authors to chose from, I'd save this one for last.

Loved this book enough to go out and order more of the author's books. Chastity O'Neil is a big girl, not fat, just tall with the famous O'Neil shoulders. Occassionally she'd like to be a delicate flower, but that doesn't seem to be in the cards. She's a sturdy girl, athletic. And she's been in love with Trevor forever. Only Trevor doesn't seem to be in love with her... and there's this beautiful doctor who does want to get married and have the four kids Chastity is dreaming of. How long should a girl wait for true love to get off his duff and acknowledge her existance before settling for a wonderful man who actually does love her?

Kristan Higgins has an excellent way of writing humor, very funny book! The characters were well wriiten and witty. The story line was a little predictable but most romances are. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had it read in 2 days, I like those kinds of books... can't put them down.

I've read other books by Kristan Higgins and laughed so much, I really enjoy this author!!

This book really surprised me! I have never read a Kristan Higgins book before, but her witty dialogue really impressed me. I like how the book focused on Chasity (the main character) but you also got a glimpse of the rest of her family and what they're going through in life. This is one of the rare books that has actually made me laugh out loud. Blah blah bleeping blah!

If you love comedy and you love romance then you gotta read this book. This story isn't as much romance as you might think. But I've got to tell you that when the romance comes up in the story for the hero and heroine you won't be disappointed. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll want the story to continue even when it ends. Not only is there a storyline for the h/h but there are background storylines on the heroine's family that keep you interested too. The only thing I didn't like about this book is that I didn't have time to read it all in one sitting.

Love kristan higgins but the beginning of the book was slow hard to get into it didn't pick up until about 100 pages in. After that I couldn't put it down

Cute, fun easy to read book! The dog adds comedy with her antics. The story is satisfying.

this was a pretty good book, but the two things that bothered me were how long it took for the hero and heroine to get together and that the heroine called everyone "buddy" and "pal" (especially since she had issues with being "one of the guys").

I loved thjis book. it was light and cute and read so quickly. This was one of three that I read by this author. All three were such fun. I found myself smiling often throughout.I posted them as soon as I read them, and all thre wnt out within days.
I am surprised she iosn't better known. The plots were light but interesting and the love interest was just right.

This book was cute. I thought I would like it as much as a Rachel Gibson book, but it didn't quite meet that standard. I liked the heroine but it was quite annoying that the man she loved withheld himself from her throughout the book. I didn't feel the ending really justified his actions so it was a little confusing. I did think the book had a lot of heart.

Feel good romance! I really enjoyed this book, but my first complaint is that Buttercup (Chastity's dog) is not a Basset hound. I wish the cover really did have Buttercup's picture because I have trouble imagining a part Bloodhound/Great Dane/Bull Mastiff, even though the dog's a delightful, lovable character. The other characters are great, too, and it's an engaging, fun story. It's a nice change to read a book with plenty of sex but none of it graphic. I've given up on some authors because the sex scenes are just too graphic.

Higgins' characters are always so good, and this is no exception. I really recommend this book for fun reading!

Kristan Higgins is like comfort food. You know that you will enjoy it. Chastity has come home and really wants a family of her own. She becomes fixated on a new doctor while ignoring Trevor, her first love. You know it will all work out in the end. Alpha males, great family dynamics and just enough quirkiness to make you smile. 3.75 stars

REALLY Enjoyed the book. I think this is my favorite ending yet from this author having read two other books to date.

Another great story by Kristan Higgins! Touching but with lots of laughs. She never disappoints.
