So a professor gave me this book as I am about to enter the teaching field. The book is based on the One Minute principles...however in a sentence this is the book. If you use the principles for yourself everyday, you will be a better teacher and it will have positive impacts within your classroom.
It isn't new material just re - written to help education professionals focus their efforts to positively impact schools as a whole.
Having said all that if you have never read any of Dr Johnson's books grab this one and use these easily implemented principles to work in your own life.

I was rather disappointed with this book.
It goes over simply setting goals, looking at them throughout the day, and than assessing your outcomes.
