Helpful Score: 2
The fourth in the series, it was equally as engrossing and easy to read as the previous three. The characters mature along with the storylines, and plots become more twisted and deep. Very enjoyable read.

Another really good book in the series! One character is lost, sadly, but the rest of the team in there and looking forward to reading about them in the next book.

Another good book in the Artemis Fowl series. Even so, the book seemed to be lacking something when compared to the previous adventures. But, since I can't figure out what that something might be, I give it good grades :o)

Wow! Eoin Colfer, Artemis Fowl and this book are all fantastic!
Artemis Fowl is a 13-year old criminal mastermind. In the third book, Artemis Fowl: the Eternity Code, Artemis is mind-wiped of all memory of fairy life after kidnapping Holly Short (first book - Artemis Fowl) and stealing fairy technology (second book - Artemis Fowl: The Arctic Incident)
I recommend for kids 10-14 years old.

--Colfer does it again---drops Artemis into another pot of trouble--
After his last run-in with the fairies, Artemis Fowl had his mind whiped of his memoiries of the world belowground. Any goodness he had grudgingly learned is now gone, and the young genius has reverted to his criminal lifestyle.
Artemis is in Berlin preparing to steal a famously well-guarded painting from a German bank. Little does he knwo that his every move is being watched by his cunning old rival, Opal Koboi. The evil pixie has spent the last year in a self-induced coma, plotting her revenge on all those who foiled her attempt to destroy the LEPrecon fairy police. And Artemis is at the top of her list. In a brilliant move, Opal escapes by cloning herself and masquerading as a human in order to carry out her schemes. Her first act is to lure Captain Holly Short and Commmander Root into a deadly trap. Her next step is to destroy Artemis by turning his own genius against him.

AFter his last run-in with the faries, Artemis Fowl has his mind wiped of his memories of the world belowground. Any goodness he had grudgingly learned is now gone, and the young genius has reverted to his criminal lifesytle.

Artemis is in Berlin preparing to steal a famously well-guarded painting from a German bank. Little does he know that his every move is being watched by his cunning old rival, Opal Koboi. The evil pixie has spent the last year in a self-induced coma, plotting her revenge on all those who foiled her attempt to destroy the LEProcon fairy police. And Artemis is at the top of her list. In a brillant move, Opal escapes by cloning herself and masquerading as a human in order to carry out her schemes. Her first act is to lure Captain Holly Short and Commnader Root inot a deadly trap. Her next step is to destroy Aremis by turning his own genius against him.

Once again, it's up to Artemis Fowl to stop the human and fairy worlds from colliding - only this time, Artemis faces an enemy who may have finally outsmarted him....
