When I get home from work, I'd prefer to have some unwind time and read a book---but I can't. There's kids and homework and "MOM, what's for dinner?" or "I'm hungry! Feed me!!" Usually I don't have a clue when I am going to fix. And I'm sick of thinking about it! These recipes look great and quick and I have most of the items!!! I can't wait to start trying these.
