This is one of the most compelling books I've read in a long time. I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to read more by this author. Very intelligent and thought provoking.
i haven't read this book yet, because i've read 4 paul auster books and they have mostly been the same. which isn't to say the formula isn't good, because it is -- Mr. Vertigo is one of my favourite books -- but i just don't have the time to read this any time soon.
