Some good tips. Many quizzes to take to see what type of eater you are. Then you turn to the pages according to that type. Those pages give tips on foods and how to eat. Then you turn to those pages to see recipes and more tips. Back and forth, back and forth. After a while, I just read the information and wrote down the tips.
