This is a book in which the author describes in easy language how to become aware and acknowledge the shadow that is present in each person. It explains the repressed parts of the Self. These parts can be positive or negative, however, accepting them will lead to more healing and wholeness of the authentic Self.

The book is facinating and gives and excellent description of the shadow self and where we may find it... However I found that it only took you that far. I was expecting to be given tools to meet and deal with the shadow self, but found none. I found it lacking in that aspect...
