This is a wonderful book explaining the oxycise program. Plus it really works!
This is a GREAT book. If you get it, and follow the breathing techniques properly, you WILL lose inches! I would also recommend buying the videos to go along with it, as it'll be much easier learing the breathing. I did this a while ago, and I lost 4 pounds, and 13" from my body by ONLY doing this for 15 min. each morning.
Interesting concept.
A good reference for this type of exercise.
