a good Irish-English love story with ships and hunchbacks and lots of jealousy thrown in.
Excellent, excellent book! I couldn't put it down. I loved the characters and the plot.

From wealth to rags could describe the begining of this book but things can change in how we perceive wealth.
I read this book years ago and vividly remember being a fan of it. I would suggest reading it.
I love her books. I just wish she would write faster.
As always, Woodiwiss has written a book that brings the reader into the life of her characters. It was a delightful read and would love to share it with someone. Babs
