Very funny book, I grew up Catholic, but went to public schools, so had to have Catholic training in Sunday school, vacation school, etc. I was terrified of nuns and priests and even to walk into the school. pat
If you've ever attended Catholic school, this is a must read. It's hilarious!
Do nuns have legs? Is original sin the "starter sin" for novices? The fifteen minute rosary---can it be done? These are only some of the questions to which priceless answers can be found in this nostalgic, wonderfully funny expose of catholic school.

I went to Catholic schools in the 1950's and 60's, and even graduated from a Catholic high school. I read the book years ago. It was hysterical. I could laugh at it when I read it, but the nuns were anything but funny way back when. Do you really think you will go to hell if you forgot it was Friday and had a bite of meat? Or if you didn't have something on your head (even if it was a hankie or tissue) when you went into Church, or if you didn't have your rosary beads handy the nuns would put you into detention. If you went to a catholic school you will enjoy this book. If you went to public school, you wouldn't be able to relate to this book.
