A book of exercises geared to specific parts of the body. Supposedly, doing these exercises will take away your pain, as they will put your body into proper alignment. It may help you. I'm still trying.

I had pain in my neck that was severe enough that I was considering if I should stop driving because there wasn't enough range of motion to check for oncoming traffic. After 2-3 days of these "positions" that were recommended the pain subsided significantly and range of motion was back. A few more days and it's now back to normal. No cardio, exercises, not eating certain things.... just a few positions that you hold for a few minutes. Much better than surgery, perscriptions, chiropractic adjustments. I'm sold. So are a few o my friends.
