This is the most common sense book on dieting available. Humans have survived for millions of years without the industrialized / modern diet. The Paleo diet explains why humans should not eat grain-based products, food additives, preservatives, and genetically modified foods. The modern diet is what is making us sick and killing us.

Well written and explained at a scientific level. A must read for anyone looking to clean up their diet and their life and find optimal health and wellness.
