A very good Danielle Steel book. It encludes horses and people who love them which is probably why I enjoyed it so much.

Anothere great book from Danielle Steel!
Great romance novel, Danielle Steel is a master! It makes you feel good inside.
ISBN 0440167531 - I'm not a romance fan, and I really expected to "3" this book at best. I find myself happily wrong. The interesting naming patterns - Samantha's old and new loves' initials are exact opposites (J.T. and T.J.); the older couple in California have the surnames of Lord and King - amused me and made me realize that the author's attention to the little details was what made the book well worth reading. The bigger reason I enjoyed the book is that it doesn't just follow the simple recipe for romances - Sam's life goes on before, after and around the love story and spans the width of the entire country. Read the book. At the end, you're going to want a horse - and a boss like Harvey.

I love anything of Danielle Steel!
Sometimes love demands a terrible choice... A dazzling beauty, a dynamic, award-winning advertising executive, wife of a nationally know TV anchorman, Samantha had the world on a string. Until the morning John told her he was leaving... She thought life was over, but it had barely begun. Suddenly she was torn between her New York career and the majestic freedom of California, aching for a rugged cowboy who promised nothing but the irresistable passion of the moment.
Good Danielle Sreel story!
This is one of D. Steel's better books. Fast read and enjoyable.
My 70 year old neighbor LOVED it. She gave me an update on the story as she progressed thru it, daily, even staying up waay late to read more...
