When  my  husband and  i  met,  he had  Parkinson disease and i  had  Multiple  sclerosis,  but  both  of  us  were  not  aware  of  it...After  5  years his  illness  became a  nightmare,  because  not  only  did  he  had  Parkinson,  but  also  diabetes and he  was  bipolar.  He  wanted  to  stay  at  home so  i  did  the  best  i  could,  but  in  the  end  i  needed  help...He  died in  2010.  Now  i  am  the one  who  struggle  with  MS and  i  am  a senior,  but  SWAP  A DVD  decided  to  ban  me  from  their  site,  how  can  they  do  this  to  a  senior with  multiple  sclerosis?  Their reason  is  that  i  did  not  mark  some  DVD' s received,  but  if  i  do  not  received them,  i  do  not  received  them,  for exemple,  today  i  received a  DVD  i  had  ordered  more  than a  month  ago,  how  can  i  say  that  i  received  it?  I  am  banned...I  kept  the envelop as  a  proof.

The  sender  should  have  the  burden  of  the  proof,  not  the  receiver!
