Dr. Goldberg spends a lot of the early sections of the book providing explanations about hypnotherapy, karma, past life regression and then future life progression. In that sense, he does a good job of dispelling myths and giving readers a framework from which to absorb and understand what comes next: Chapters each dedicated to a different client's experiences. I didn't walk away feeling any differently about the topics than I did walking into this read, but I'm not a skeptic nor a disbeliever in reincarnation. Anything with an interest in the paranormal would likely enjoy it.
An interesting book on reincarnation. At times it seems a little literally out of this world with discussions of life on other planets, and the existence of pre-existing life on some of these other planets, which sometimes is harder for me to swallow. I guess perhaps I'd say that Goldberg's evidence of past lives is stronger to me than his evidence of future lives, but this may be due to the limits of my own imagination.
In general a book I'd recommend to those interested on the study of reincarnation.

Very very good book on reincarnation and past lives (and future lives). I had it for years when it first came out. One of my favorites on the subject.
