Sylvia Browne is one of my favorite authors. This is a really good read. She discusses how our past lives impact our present lives.

I have read Sylvia Browne's books before and enjoyed this one very much. She gives many case histories of people she "regressed" to former lives that ended up explaining physical and emotional ailments. It made me wish I could be regressed in such a manner and learn about my own former lives.

My first read of Ms. Browne and I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed it very much and can't wait to read the next book of hers I can find. This basically gives many examples of her clients past life regressions to teach those of us who have never heard of this before what it's all about. I found it interesting and easy to read.
