I love this book. I will read it again and again! When reading it, I always felt a very solid kind of peace, Thich Nhat Hanh has some great experiences to share. My sweetheart also has a copy so I let mine continue its journey with my mom.

A wonderful book written in short passages about how to cultivate peace in the world. According to Vietnamese Zen Buddhist master Thich Nhat Hanh, this is achieved through mindfulness and the deep sense of non-duality and interbeing it engenders. While the first part focuses on practical excercises to cultivate mindfulness, the latter parts describe how this relates to profound themes such as human suffering and peace. I kept it on my desk to read in short bursts when my computer was slow, which was tremendously helpful for my patience level and giving me time to digest these thoughts.
