This book starts out a whole lot better than it ends up. Though you know right away what has happened. the story of a Nanny who slowly sinks into madness, and the family that has taken her on to mind their two small children. If there ever was a reason to raise your own kids, this is it. It is a short book, but full of warnings. I did wish the ending had a little more to it, kind of left you hanging.
