I read "Rage" previously and now this book. I also have "Fear," the first in the series but somehow ended up not reading the series in order. Considering the topic, I found this an easy read--not dry at all. The "behind the scenes" happenings were very interesting. When the Afghanistan withdrawal was discussed at length near the end of the book, I felt my attention wandering somewhat, thus the four-star instead of five rating.
