I bought this book at a conference after hearing the author speak. She is funny and a great speaker. The book is about how to understand others by understanding yourself. You find your personality type and then find other people's types. It's fun and very revealing.

The best self-help book I've read. Helps you understand your "why" and people around you.

Good book to understand other people's (and your own) angles on situations. Ever wondered why your boss is never wrong but seldom ever right? or why the guy next to you at the office needs his pencils all pointed up and his stapler perfectly lined up with his mouse pad?

This book helps you understand yourself and the way you react to situations in your life. The personality you have says alot about how you handle the same situation differently from your mate, your friends and anyone else who has a different personality type than yours. It opened my eyes to why I do some things a specific way and why I have the qualities I stick to in my daily life. I give it a 10.

This book classifies personality types into 4 categories, and assigns them names. It appears that this was published before Hartman's "The Color Code", so one may assume that it was /his/ work that was based on this book, since the categories are nearly identical. The one thing that I liked about this book over the other book is the fact that it gives a little more advice on how to deal with the different personality types.
Basically, if you've read Littauer's "Personality Plus", then you've read Hartman's "The Color Code" (or the other way around). Both are good books.

Excellent book!! Gives you such a great understanding of personality types. Helps with family relationships I believe. The book talks about strengths and weaknesses of each personality type and how to get along. One of the best books I've ever read.

A Christian (religious) book about personalities, with a personality test in it. I didn't read it, a friend loved it and gave it to me to read.
