This book basically talks about when and how you should use coupons and sales to get the best deal on your items. The authors discuss how they sometimes buy coupons on the Internet, like buying off of eBay. They have lists of store coupon policies included in the book. They break down how to read a coupon and what all the numbers mean. They "talk" to you like you are a personal friend, which makes the book very personable and easy to read.
