A delightful read by Georgeanne Brennan; she shares of her & her families experiences in the Provencal countryside. From the beginning of raising goats & producing goat cheese; owning, raising & butchering a pig; gathering mushrooms in the countryside & preparing endless dishes; bouillabaise - the glorious fish soup of the Mediterranean; lamb & roasting & feasting - the weddings & late-evening meals of the Provencal people. A great book; easy read.
