Full of great information, diagrams, and tips. She's included a body makeover plan as well as some shorter workouts for individual target areas. Very thorough but easy to follow.

This book is great. It has illustrations of the muscles a particular exercise targets. It is a good companion to any exercise regiment. However, I don't recommend this book unless you have had prior experience of Pilates because it is important to know how to hold your neck correctly so you won't get hurt. I think 3 or 4 classes with an instructor would suffice. Overall it is a great supplement for those who know a little Pilates and want to do certain series on their own outside of a class but can't quite remember how they go.
