I've never read a more accurate portrail of a flight attendant! The book was so much FUN... I felt like I was living the experiences myself!

Loved these stories from the actual experiences of a flight attendant. Travel is stressful enough today, it helps to know what else is happening out there on other planes might be just as bad as what you are experiencing.

This was so awful, I couldn't get but half-way through. This guy's just a mean and condecending jerk that makes fun of everyone's looks, nationality, accent and everything else. Maybe he'd have had better expeirences if he wasn't so mean and nasty inside.

Anyone who has ever flown the friendly skies will appreciate Elliott Hester's wit and wisdom. He tells true stories of how flight attendants are frequently treated like sub-humans by passengers, and how many people seem to lose all sense of tact and personal dignity once their boarding pass is taken. Not to mention carry-on's the size of Texas, drunks, brawls and other human failings. Reading Mr. Hester's flight attendant perspective confirmed that they deal with a LOT, they're in a thankless position, and they're never appreciated until some heavy turbulence hits.
HIGHLY recommended, whether you're a frequent traveler or not - the humor is universal.

Really funny and enjoyable. I experienced multiple laugh out loud moments when I read this book... and I learned some interesting new insights about how flight attendants do their jobs.
