A common-sense look at how women can improve their experiences in a corporate culture. The title turned me off, but the content is actually very useful, especially if your workplace is predominantly male.

I found this book very insightful. Evans tells readers how to "play the game" like a man, but not to be a man! She appreciates the difficulty faced by women, but encourages them to not self limit.
