This was a very quick read. I found the plot to be thin & easily predictable. I think Ms. Fluke is running out of ideas....I find myself wishing that Hannah would hurry up & marry Norman, and this series would end. That's the only reason I keep reading.
Really enjoyed it. Same cast of characters and promises of future intrigue. Have already made 2 of the recipes in the book. The Scandinavian potatoes are terrific.

Christmas time in Lake Eden in this new Hannah Swenson novel. Enjoyed this book, in which a "crazy like a fox" entrepreneur doesn't quite make it to Christmas Day. Hannah and company go into sleuth-mode to solve this crime. Several surprises along the way, and I have to say, I did not know who the murder was until the very end. Excellent read. Can't wait for the next book!

All of Joanne Fluke's books are good. If you want to sit down with a light-hearted good time book this is your author. I love her books. They are quick and easy to read and best of all, entertaining.
It was very enjoyable. I really like the humor mixed with the mystery. I also enjoy the antics of Moishe, the cat. I have almost all of the Hannah Swensen series.
Good mystery.
