Oh wow! Another butterflying great book! I am honestly in love with Will Cooper! Every girl hopes to be loved the way he loves Lake. Completely and deeply. He wasn't the overbearing, ultra alpha male type but he still held an intensity that made me giddy. Sometimes I wanted to grab Lake by the arms and shake her but I did kind of see her point, maybe not to extreme that she took it though. I loved their mix match family. I truly believe that biology is not the only thing that makes a family. I also loved the relationship between the kids, friends and the neighbors. Who wouldn't want to live on their street! There were so many good moments, some that made me laugh out loud, cry out loud, and even blush a few times. Love, Love, Love it!

Usually sequels scare me because authors usually screw shit up when they change the storyline or add something completely irrelevant but not this one!!

This novel was in Will's point of view which, I admit, was hard for me to accept because I loved Lake so much as a character that I just wanted to know what was going through her head the whole time this book was going on. But I'm glad it was in Will's POV just because it added a different element to Hoover's novel.

Keirsten, for the record, is a bad-ass eleven year old. She is so intelligent and I loved her!!!

I loved everything about this book. The unexpected characters and their interactions with each other were classic. I'm glad Slamming was still an element in the book and how Will used it to his advantage again.

I got the feels though a couple of times in this book with the vase of stars, Julia's final gift, and Caulder's gift to Will. Tears all down my face. It was embarrassing. Moving on....

The ending was perfect and I can't wait to read the third one
