I really like this book, shocked me to see how big some of the portions were that I was eating and how big portions are now as opposed to the 50's. Very good read. I took lots of notes.
i really like this book, it is straight forward and easy to understand. learning how to tell what portions/serving sizes i'm really eating is very helpful for weight loss. there are no magic tricks here for losing weight, i would recommend this book:)
