I think the SA means South American, but I cannot be sure. Nowhere on the tapes does it say what variety of Portuguese it is. But I think it may be Brazilian. The tapes are strange as they have the English word/phrase and then the Portuguese word/phrase, and then the switch to the opposite with space to repeat. They contain a lot of vocabulary and it's a lot to take in all at once. These tapes deserve multiple listens.
